Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! We’re currently welcoming new patients. To get started, simply fill out our New Client Form or call us at (252) 746-1503 to schedule an appointment.
Do you offer emergency services?

We provide care for urgent medical concerns during regular business hours. For after-hours emergencies, we recommend contacting the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary clinic.

If you’re unsure whether your pet’s condition is an emergency, give us a call, and we’ll help guide you.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes, we accept all major pet insurance providers. While we do not file claims directly, we’re happy to assist by providing the documentation you need to submit your claim.

How do I request a refill for my pet’s medication?
You can request a refill by calling us at (252) 746-1503 or visiting our online pharmacy. For timely processing, please request refills 48 hours in advance.
Do you do payment plans?

Under certain circumstances, we do take payment plans. But that will be discussed and at the discretion of the doctor and situation at hand.

Do you abort pregnancies?

No. We will not spay your cat or dog who is pregnant or possibly pregnant.

What types of pets do you see?

Our clinic primarily treats dogs and cats, with a specialized approach for both species. We also offer limited services for poultry. If you have a different type of pet, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help or refer you to a trusted specialist.

Do you accept walk-ins or same-day appointments?

We understand that unexpected issues arise. We accept same-day appointments when availability allows, and we do our best to accommodate urgent care needs. Walk-ins are accepted on a limited basis, but calling ahead is recommended to ensure timely care.
